Looks like they'll start their patent extortion again.

Well, at least Rambus DRAM is dead and buried together with i820
chipset and early P4s.

Next: make sure all standards committees get strong patent acknowledgments
in writing from all standards making participants. Or better yet, require
participants to sign over all patents to the standards organization that
are related to the standards in question.
