Philips JackRabbit JR24CDRW

I have a Philips JackRabbit JR24CDRW USB CD re-writer which works fine under
Windows 98. However, I also would like to use this device on Windows 2000
but I can not find a driver that will work with Windows 2000 anywhere.
Does anyone know of an alternative driver that will work, or is it just a
case of installing GiveIO?
