Hi,

I think the engine would be very much suited to model this conflict
and it looks like they'd very much like to do it provided the
community gives them some help.

Chances are that their upcoming Rise of Prussia game will have a
diplomatic module of some sorts. This would mean they've pretty much
got all the building bricks (modules) for a Peloponnesian War game in
place.

So, yes, it could be done, but it looks like it's going to have to be
an all-volunteer project because AGEod is fully booked for 2010 with
Rise of Prussia and Vainglory of Nations, unless the latter gets
dropped by Paradox.

Just an idea, but does your game have an import/export functionality ?

Merely daydreaming but having the ability to play out the tactical
battles in AGEod's strategic level game ... hmmmm bliss :)
