Forged Alliance, technical viewing modifications like with Supreme Commander?

In Supreme Commander, there was a modification that allowed viewing
the battlefield from directly overhead, change the default viewing
level, percentage of zoom per mouse wheel click, and similar stuff.
Does the same exist for Forged Alliance? I will look around on their
website/forum too.

According to the Web forum, apparently there is a fitting
modification (mod) called "console++".
