Just play and you will find more. I've found 7 now I think and I am not
that far into the game.

Well, Zev is an assassin who is hired to kill you. You have the option of
sparing his life and he'll join you. By the way, if you want the gay male
romance, you can do it with Zev.
Oghren joins you when you do the Ozrimmar mission.
The old mage joins you when you do the Circle mission.
Bren is in the locked cage in the town called Drem-something.
I haven't met Shale yet, so you can see there's a lot of different ways the
story will unfold.

Sten and Lothering, unless there's an entirely different caged
prisoner I haven't met yet. There's a rogue there who may join you as
well.
