It's 50% off on Steam but can find very little info on it. Seems to use
similar mechanics to Bioware RPGs.

Already bought it now so ignore the above.

I have only a couple of hours in the game so can't say too much but the
mechanics are very similar to Balder's Gate etc. Pausable RT combat,
which is my preferred combat system in an RPG. I would say it is worth
$14.99 easily.

on the major Russian game review site (ag.ru) it got 58% from the site, and 60% from (215) players/readers
(out of 100%, naturally)

it's very low.

Only played it for about 2hrs. so far because was too busy buying and
downloading games from Steam but will get back into it soon. My first
impressions are favorable and even though it may have some bugs (haven't
seen any yet but read it does) it was worth the $14.99 I paid for it. Like I
said, gameplay is similar to RPG like Balders Gate and is multi-party, just
in first 2 hours had couple of people join me and leave on my adventuring. I
like it anyway and thing I will get way more than $14.99 of enjoyment from
it. Most people that take a chance on it quite like it. I certainly like it
better than Drakensang,. Drakensang is ok but don't like the roped in game
world too much.

Deserves more than that and that was Russian release which was quite buggy.
For $14.99 I am not going to complain much even if there is a bug or two.
Most forums I have read on the game people like it quite a lot even if it
isn't another Dragon Age.

Divinity II is what's got my interest piqued & may be enough to tide me over
if DA:O gets boring & SW:TOR/GW2/D3 take a long time before they're
released.

I dunno, the review makes it sound pretty frustrating to play. There
are so many good games out there I no longer force myself through the
buggy, poorly done ones "just because".

I meant Ego Draconis of course. Definitely not a D2 clone ;).

Yeah that was, & its sequel part 2 (?) which I think it had.

Not really. Comabat is the same style but it is far more of an RPG than
DiabloII could ever hope to be.
