New additions to the PlayersDB

Over 62 new aircraft, ships, submarines, facilities, classes, countries,
and weapons have been added to the Harpoon3 PlayersDB with the official
Database editor issued by AGSI.

The PlayersDB-ANW is available on HarPlonkHQ, HarpDB, or SubSim.
The PlayersDB is available on HarPlonkHQ, HarpDB, or SubSim.
