URL for F4 Realism Patch Group?

I can't find a working URL for the F4 Realism Patch Group. Some sites
and search engines come up with a link to rpg.falcon40.com, but I
can't get anything at all from that link. So, what is the best
working site that has the new Realism Patch, documentation, and
installation instructions? Since i'm on a slow connection I'd prefer
to look over the docs, readme, etc. before downloading the full patch.

I believe falcon40.com is being moved to another server at present.

The domain has slightly changed. It's now: http://rpg.falcon40.net/
