Myst 4 revelation

Hi all

What would it take to get Ubisoft to make a working patch for Myst 4?
Im dead tired of trying endless amounts of diferent pcs to get it to work
without the 3 second delay when moving around in the world of myst 4.

Is there a partition I could get to circulate to plea them into fixing the 3
second delay?

Could it start here?

Nothing will get Ubisoft to do any further work on Myst 4. It's too
much work to do for free, and too *small* a project for them to
allocate any organizational resources to. They're a big company and
they don't care.

I suppose if you found the right people in the company and overpaid
them -- fifty thousand dollars, a hundred thousand, I don't know --
they might do it. I wouldn't spend my money on it.

You're better off trying to put together a virtual-PC environment
that emulates 2004 well enough to make the game happy.

Hmm, just out of interest, have you tried Myst successor, Riven? I have the
Windows 95 version (5 x CDs). In the next few days I'll have time to pop to
my friend's house to install it on an PC with XP os. I've downloaded some
updates and it's supposed to work. (640 x 480 res - those were the days -
NOT :) )
