I'm amazed the devs managed to find a way of contacting them in the first place.
And even more amazed that serving members of a presumably elite group would risk
talking to anyone about anything, no matter how (apparently) unimportant.

MOH:W can be a fantastic multiplayer experience (one of the better
games so far this year), especially when played on servers with
smaller number of players (8-12 total is about right). This was
pretty much the sleeper title of the year (so far) for me, as I knew
the title was coming but was not expecting much after MOH 2010.

It is intense and polished, which makes perfect sense because it uses
the Frostbite 2 engine. At first there are some noticable
similarities to Battlefield 3, as the engine has a certain rendering
profile, but to folks who like this genre of game the distinctions are
very clear.

As far as realism, well realism is always relative when we are talking
about games. There are class based abilities, like one of my
favorites the SpecOps which can do a "signal scan" -- sort of an
in-game wall hack that reveals position of enemies (in a vague,
imperfect way that does not disrupt game balance as badly as it might
seem when typed here).

Maybe that's the secret that was revealed that got Seal Team Six in
trouble? Wall-hacking was what was used to put a lead biscuit into
Bin Laden's turban? hehe..

Anyway thanks for the link.

Just saw this and thought it would be better posted in this thread
than to start a new one. First time I've seen this done. Not saying
every game should do it, but I do have a certain admiration for
innovative ideas, so from that angle I thought it was kind of cool.

Sort of reminds me of one of the COD:MW games (forgot which one) that
released a bunch of "Christmas maps" on Christmas Eve, which were the
same maps folks had already been playing but with xmas lights on most
of the buildings, snow on the ground, and various decorations or
holiday additions. Sometimes a little creativity goes a long way.
