When I'm trying to install, in the middle of it, it restarts the computer
and is not installed.
I can't install ordinary drivers, I need hotfix.

Hot fix for 9.11? There is no hotfix for 9.11 as far as I know. Did you
uninstall previous drivers before trying to install 9.11? Which OS are
you trying to install to? Press F8 on boot up and load vga driver or
safe mode and try to install from there.

No the name is hotfix driver 9.11. It's a driver for AGP Gpu's.

Doesn't work.
When install manager installs in the middle, computer restarts.
When I try to install driver, it says: Installation of radeon xt 2600 agp,
but I don'have the GPU.
I download again for GPU HD 3650 agp and the same problem.
I really don't know whats the problem.
I reinstall xp and the same again.

Did you try Windows in safe mode yet? Another thing that might fix it is to
make sure all ATI files are removed before attempting the install. Look for
a utility called DriverCleaner ort something like that. Have it remove all
ATI stuff then attempt the install again.

I reinstall xp again and the same problem . It says you have card 2900
xt agp but I don't have.
I checked many times for right drivers and the same problem.

I will mail someone it ATI but I don't know to which e-mail I need
to send.

I'll try diver cleaner first then I'll post if it works.

Thats the first thing you have to do *before* installing
new drivers. And remove your video card from hardware
manager as well.

You are using SP 3 for your XP? If not...

XP SP3 contains 1174 new fixes. Some of them are probably installed though
Windows Update anyway, but there may be some that are not.

In any case, you should always have the latest SP, mainly because programs
are usually developed and tested on fully updated systems. Nobody wants to
test a program on every conceivable system config and, since service packs
are free, developers assume everyone has the latest one installed.

Not true, for ATI Catalyst drivers you even don't have to uninstall the
previous version before installing the new driver any more.

However, one should be aware that ATI AGP cards of the Radeon HD 2000
and later series are often a PITA as AGP is considered obsolete by AMD
and the drivers get updated only very rarely, and the cards often cause
lots of problems. Additionally, some Radeon HD 3000 series AGP cards
only work correctly with the driver from the card manufacturer which is
rarely updated and therefore doesn't contain latest fixes and improvements.

I tried update driver for agp to cpu controller on xp sp2 but the same
problem.
I don't think sp2 is the issue in my case.
