Does anyone know who wrote this document? The manual uses "I" and
"me", etc. In particular the document is about the icc compiler.

According to the Porting Central website, the source for the GNU
package is available. In particular I'd like to see the icc compiler
front-end code because it has a couple of bugs that I'd like to fix.
