HP xw9300 mainboard

Hi,

I have an oportunity to buy a HP xw9300 with 2x opteron, and I can't
find any information about its hardware.

Is it possible that the mainboard is a Tyan or Supermicro ? Does
please somebody know what is the hardware of the HP xw9300 ?

According to a posting on one of the HP forums: "tyan k8we s2895",
except that the board is slightly modified from the generic Tyan board.
