We're cleaning out our computer room and have some items available.
Some work fine, some are broken but might be good for parts. All are
free to a good home if you can pick them up (Lexington, Mass) or will
pay the shipping.

1 TU81+ tape drive (9-track 1600/6250 bpi) with cable and Q-bus
interface, AND USER'S MANUAL! Worked fine last time I tried to use
it. This is heavy and is in our basement, but we are probably going
to have to pay a recycler to get it upstairs if there are no takers.
So if you want it, you'll have to help remove it.

3 CXY08 Q-bus serial interfaces. We have some cables, not sure how
many.

4 DECserver-700 terminal servers. None work at the moment, but it might
be possible to assemble a working one from the parts. 2 are 8-port
with full modem control (DB25) and 2 are 16 port, RJ45 connectors.
One of the power supplies has a dead fan, the other 3 look okay.
Includes 4 sets of rack mounting brackets.

1 DECserver-100 terminal server, works!

4 DECserver-200 terminal servers, 1 works, other 3 pop their breakers
on powerup.

1 DEC 3000-300 AXP, dead power supply, no disks, 128 MB memory (I
think?)

1 component video monitor cable from a DEC 3000-300 AXP above. I
think these are rare and hard to come by.

1 keyboard and mouse cable/splitter from above and its keyboard. The
mouse is missing, but I think it is a standard PS2 mouse.

1 DECRouter-250, worked fine when decommissioned several years ago
with 1 high-speed X.21 BC19D-02 cable.

2 DELNI 8-port Ethernet repeaters (1 might not work or might have a
bad uplink port. The other one works fine.)

4 or 5 Ethernet AUI office cables. (One mysterious Black Box cable
with DB15 connectors but fewer pins than the other 4 DEC cables.)

9 RRD4X CDROM caddies (for RRD42 CDROM drive) I think 4 are original
DEC ones, and 5 are identical 3rd party caddies.

4 in-line telephone DSL filters

1 wall plate DSL filter (for wall-mounted phones)

Everything will be thrown out in a few days if not taken.

Email me at jo...@egh.com or call me at work: 781-861-0670 (evenings are
best.)

Hi !
After loading the WWENG1.SYS image, my DECserver 700 (rescued from the scrap)
stops, displaying two tcpip related messages: cannot bind to the listener socket
and that SNMP is not activated, since there's no internet address.
Then I expected a Local> prompt (I'm connected through 9600 8N1 serial console)
but nothing happens.
Any hints ?
Thanks !
