Since I moved house recently I now have more room and will soon do an
inventory of my hardware, put some new stuff into operation, take some
stuff out of operation, give some stuff new tasks etc.  I will also draw
the line and give away stuff which is "too old" for me.  (Actual age
isn't as important as the technology involved.)  What I have in mind as
"too old" would be something like VAX machines slower than the
VAX(station) 4000, such as various models of the VAXstation 3100; DSSI
stuff; thickwire and BNC ethernet; black-and-white monitors (but not
monochrome terminals) etc.

During the inventory, I plan to test the stuff so that I know what works
and what doesn't, how much memory a machine has etc.  This is all stuff
which I got (most probably for free) but no longer need myself.
However, I think there are folks interested in somewhat older hardware
than the stuff I am using at home now.

I don't know when I'll be done---probably by the end of the year or so.
This is thus just an advance notice.  I can store the stuff for a while,
so it's not urgent.  I am not far from the Autobahn near Frankfurt am
Main in Germany.  If I happen to be coming your way and have the time, I
could bring it by, but otherwise you would have to collect it yourself.
I think the cost of shipping would be prohibitive.
