DECstation more or less implies MIPS processors, right?
If so then I'm afreaid I can't help you.

It's not only the CPU,
DECstations all require "propietary" modules.
and different ones for the 100 and 200 series,
80-pin and those bulky 120-pin ones, respectively.
And, of course, incompatible with VAXstation memory.
I have a single Kingston 32MB replacement lying around somewhere,
untested. A further annoyance is, that one can't mix 8 and 32MB
in the same machine,

IIRC, both x86 and Alpha were also sold as "DECstation" at some
time.
