Yep... you were absolutely correct... I just finished tracing the data
lines and they are all over the place. :p

Chip D0 -> Cartridge pin 17/D4
Chip D1 -> Cartridge pin 18/D3
Chip D2 -> Cartridge pin 20/D1
Chip D3 -> Cartridge pin 21/D0
Chip D4 -> Cartridge pin 19/D2
Chip D5 -> Cartridge pin 16/D5
Chip D6 -> Cartridge pin 15/D6
Chip D7 -> Cartridge pin 14/D7
