Hi;

I was told that on some Atari clones power can be switched off by software.
Can someone supply more information on how this is achieved- i.e. by a call
to a (X)BIOS function, direct access to certain address, or...

Is the same method used to shut down Aranym?

For the CT60, it's writing to a specific memory location. See CHG.PDF
from Rodolphe Czuba's web site.

The Milan is a pre-ATX design (even the Milan 2 which uses an ATX power
supply), so it can not be turned off by software.
