Hi All,
Could anyone tell me the API or any other method by which i can measure
CPU peaks when my application is running on ARM Processor.I want to
handle all this through coding, i can't use any device (like
oscilloscaope) in that.

You havent mentioned the RTOS you are using - here is one way its done
in eCos:
http://ecos.sourceware.org/docs-latest/ref/cpuload-functions.html
eCos source is available online - just search for it.
