I know everyone has their favorite, but what are the most popular term programs for the IIgs and the //e? Were there any for the IIgs that did full color ANSI graphics?

Thanks!

My choice for obvious reasons is Spectrum, and it did indeed do full
colour ANSI graphics, thanks to a driver written by Richard Bennett.

It also does full colour graphics for the now defunct Prestel service.

After many years as a commercial program, Spectrum is now FreeWare, and
amongst all my other programs, can be downloaded from my website:

I lived and died in ASCII Express for many years in the mid-to-late 80's. It had a steep learning curve but was quite powerful, IIRC. (Once upon a time, I had the patience to sit and read manuals.) But now I use ProTERM, since I doubt I could remember how to use AE if I tried.

Also, I don't know if AE ever emulated the ubiquitous VT-100. I know that whatever version I had didn't, and it was a major issue because many dialup services required it for any kind of screen formatting. What I remember being so important about ProTERM was that it could emulate VT-100, though I never actually used ProTERM before eventually switching to a Mac.

I also used a plethora of Novation Apple-Cat specific programs. Com-Ware, Catsend, Cat-Fur, and MegaTerm (a hi-res term program!) are what I remember.

IIGS: Spectrum, ANSITerm (commercial still)
IIe/c: ProTerm, Modem.MGR

I like using DCOM because it's so simple as a VT-100 Unix terminal.

I always personally prefered Z-Term and AGate. AGate used double-hires graphics to represent ANSI characters so it made it possible for me to jump on MeSsy-Dos boards long ago. I think I used ZTerm mainly for ZModem capabilities but I can't remember why else other than it had cool menus that made it pretty easy to use.

ZLink, that's the name! Yeah, I like Z-link. It is very clean and pretty stable.

ProTERM was my favorite as well, although Spectrum is up there as well.
Both are crazy good, I was just far too used to ProTERM by the time
Spectrum came out to switch. :)
