A few ideas :

1)reduce the resolution of your windows machine
2)reduce the resolution of the converter... have it output 140X95

I like the colors on the IIc version more than the peecee version :-)

can you show screenshots of the pc interface?

What speed is your PC?

I can think of a bunch of applications for your software...

Makes me want to try streaming ComputerEyes images
over tcp/ip
