WTD: Apple II or II+ case only

Yep, that's right, I'm looking for an Apple ][ or ][+ case. Doesn't
need a power supply, keyboard, or motherboard (a speaker would be
nice, but again not really needed). Condition is not so important but
shouldn't be too beat up.
