DN3000 supported framebuffers

I tried all color framebuffers in my stock, with no luck.
Then I found a 010735, it should be a Monochrome 19" (1280x1024) FB.
Again no image.
I can connect through serial port, so no other issues.
So, which framebuffers are supported byt the DN3000 ?
Upgrading ROMs to the latest revision will help ?... more »

Netbooting from the Apollo emulator

I built the mess0146 based emulator, changed my scripts, and the earlier
installations booted up nicely.
Now I've some doubt left.
make -n net and make net
create a new virtual interface tap-mess--0

SAU12, SAU11

I had a spare HD with DomainOS 10.4 installed, coming from a 400t.
Didn't notice that the 400t, having a 68040 25MHz, was identified as SAU11 and
on the HD had been deleted the other SAUxx directories.
So I installed it in a "real" 400t without HD, 68030, ending in a missing SAU12.

replace the Archive one in the DN3000/DN3500 ?

Moving HD with DomainOS on HP 400t

I need to move an HD with DomainOS, from an HP 400t to another.
The HD is tied to NID 404DA.
Well, I thought the easiest way was to set the same NID in the receiving
400t but ...
MD menu is different from the DN3500.
The ConFig (CF) menu lacks node id setting.
I tried NID new_nodeid_number, getting WRITE PROTECT error.... more »

Hi folks !
I'm servicing another HP 400 (with this, should remain five...)
I booted happily and at the login request I wrote the pair root/password
which I found for the HP 400 machines already analyzed (cracked with John the Ripper).
