QIC-36 tape streamers

Hi !
This could be a silly question, but ...
I've found in my garage a Wangtek QIC-36 tape streamer: can it be used to
replace the Archive one in the DN3000/DN3500 ?

My guess is "no," because Archive had its own special interface. Do the connectors look the same? Let us know how it goes if you try it.

Connectors looks the same, can't say electrical paths ...

chapter 8 and 9 for controller and drive specs

you might run ctape.dex to test the drive (ex dex; r ctape -noq)
