Software compatibility of Vortex RAM Expansion?

I wonder whether a Vortex RAM expansion card applied to a CPC464 is
software compatible to the CPC6128 "standard" ram.
Will software/games that require >=128K RAM run on such a CPC464 (if
BASIC incompatibilies are not involved)?
Is there an emulator emulating a Vortex RAM expansion card?
The ROM dumps are available but they are obviously not "hardware"
compatible to the CPC standard.

to any other RAM expansion. It can only be used with the |BOS commands
or, afaik, in CP/M. I don't know if there's an emulator for it.
