Netstat, in AmiTCP 4.x , or get the (old) docs from Aminet:

AmiTCP-txt-20.lha comm/tcp 461K 49+Doc file for AmiTCP

which have details about the ARexx port. The TASKNAME and NTHBASE ARexx
calls have been removed from 4.0 versions, though (which is not mentioned
in the above docs)
