I myself would love to see things organized, though. The ultimate for
myself would be if an 'Aminet style' .README file were sent out with any
files, and that way some of the file organization stuff that has been
written (Or will be written in my case ;-) to more easily handle files
received from Aminet will work with the comp.{binaries|sources}.amiga
groups as well.

BTW: Any reason why you listed .programmer twice in your newsgroups line? ;-)

How about making some kind of vote (CFV-style), and snail-mail
the result to Moose with a stamped return-envelope to get his
reaction (he may live in an email black-hole, but surely he doesn't
live in a physical one ;) Has anybody tried to send him a postal
letter?

BTW, we're not alone with this problem. Look at comp.graphics.research.

I'm working on a procedure to get rid of a moderator without his
cooperation. Hopefully, this will become part of the permanent Usenet
semi-official policy. Refer to the discussion in news.groups.

We can use our dead groups as guinea pigs to see if this really
works.

What about alt.sources.amiga? Posting binaries isn't encouraged, but
it is an unmoderated alternative.
