I have this problem sometimes. Do you have a cd-rom drive and if so is
there a disk in the drive? After removing the disk from the cd-rom
drive, mine would boot up with no hassles. I think it was an issue with
the cd-rom drive spinning up. It did however only start happening when
I put a 3.2Gb Maxtor drive on it. I'm going to try installing a Fujitsu
drive that I got from work and see if that causes any problems.
