Looking to name of games
|
| |
Hello
I recall playing two games on the Amiga or maybe the Commodore 64. The first was a game involving 2 characters running around a house. The screen would show different levels on it and 2 human controlled characters could be moved around to attempt to solve puzzles in order to escape from the establishment.... more »

Games Suggestion for Spring 2012
|
| |
Well it's been too quiet here... Decided to post and say hello to my
fellow Amiga friends and see about suggesting a new game review.
Debut was very bizarre - I really tried to get into it but it was hard
to apply context to the strange menu options that were offered.
I propose we restart an Amiga review with a simple game - something... more »

"Deeds Of Yore" New web series featuring the Amiga's grandpa the C64.
|
| |
I produced a web series called "Deeds Of Yore" that takes place in a C64 RPG game in 1987. It is a tribute to the RPG games I played as a kid on the Commodore 64. I was too poor to have an Amiga at that time, but It was like my dream computer (I never got one). Check out the series, I post a new episode every Sat/Sun midnight PST.... more »

Games for December and 2012 - DEBUT (featuring Syd!)
|
| |
First a couple of descriptions:
AGDB
Debut, a truly weird game, apparently written by a pair of hippies called Tym and Phyd with a taste for Pink Floyd. The game combined an arcade adventure where you found and dismantled nuclear reactors with a planet simulation requiring you to fine-tune the planet's ecosystem in... more »

Elite after a long Hiatus
|
| |
Nate here - going to try to finally get into Elite. Had some issues with an original attempt to get the game going - namely trying to figure out how to create a new commander on a newly formatted disk. I may run into this again... If so, I'll be back with some questions. I found what appears to be a really well behaved WHDLoad zip of this... more »

Running an 'ADF' file on a win7 PC?
|
| |
I was looking around for a very old Amiga game [Diablo] and I found a copy I could download, but it is in 'ADF' [amiga disk format?] format. Is there some way to use that file on a win7/pro/64 PC? I haven't seen my Ami 2000 in probably a decade, so I have no disks or anything else. Note that I'd be willing to pay for a shareware/commercial emulator or whatever... more »
