Interesting list, Tom - thanks.

I'm not sure I completely understand your question, but Bomb the Base and
the original Assault on Precinct 13 music always reminds me of Xenon 2.

All the best,

Oh right, understood.

Well, The Settlers comes to mind, in fact I think of it when I hear that
song by Seal, Kiss of a Rose.... but anyway..

I think all the music from Paradroid is burnt indelibly into my
conciousness - its great.

The loading music from Falcon. :)

The background music from Dune 2.

Come to that the music from Dune 1, which is stunningly good.

The game ready ditty from Carrier Command, all 8 notes of it. :)

"Laser Squad!!!"

The total silence from Maelstrom, boy, if ever a Dune 2 style background
track was needed, this is that time. :(

and for Nathan, Zoids on the C64. :)

Hey Nate,

You haven't spoken your mind for that chess. Well, ok, if you don't want, I'm not for it anymore either.

Yeah, yeah, as I've said, I'm a bad chess player so it isn't my forte' anyway, nah, you know chess, then I'm
not interested too.

Mega-Lo Mania, Richard Joseph (especially the 'choose your island'-
section, the song is as atmospheric as the sunset-pic on the background)
Gods
Project-X
Wizkid
Desert Strike
Cannon Fodder
Turrican II
(and I, but II is the best gamemusic imho)
Zool
Superfrog

etc.

Somewhere I have the audio tape that came with Carrier Command that
contained an extended version of the song.
