Currently getting the first issue of eBay Advisor finished, it's got me
wondering if we can pull together a magazine for the Wakefield Show.
I'd like it to be something flashy (think full colour) and with a good
mixture of articles covering both practical and entertaining elements
of RISC OS.

Something for everybody. There are two formats we can print to:
- Super A4, 68 pages
- Super A4, 100 pages

Brand/etc to be confirmed. What I need to know in the interim is how
many people would like to see the magazine; and how many companies
would be interested in helping us fund it. It would have a cover price,
but ideally I'd like it to be given away at the Wakefield Show to
everybody who walks through the door.

I think you will need a circulation figure in mind (talk to Chris Hughes),
and then advise the cost for a full page advert, that way, we could get an
idea of costs.

We'd print 2,000 copies. After the show, they'd be available at nominal
cost.
Realistically I can print a 68 page magazine for around £2,000.
A hundred page magazine comes in at £2700.
It's not a cheap project, hence the need to see who'd be interested.

I *dont* want to profit from the production of this. I want to do it as
a worthwhile magazine for people to pick up and read, in the veign of
current PC / Mac newsstand magazines. Think Computer Arts for paper
quality...
