Assuming that you're using a recent version, I'd suggest reporting that to
the Organizer developer.

Was the file type set to vCard as I had this issue when I had a VCF
tagged file sent to me that wasn't RISC OS filetyped as vCard for some
reason. Changing the file type to vCard cured the problem.
