PlusNet ftp problem

Not really an RO problem, but is anyone else was having problems
FTPing with PlusNet to sites other than your own Plusnet web space?

FWIW I stopped updating my virgin webspace years ago.
Since going broadband with Plusnet I have tried - and failed - to access
my 'freespace' and assumed that I'd forgotten the password.

But, to be fair, since I can't make head nor tail of the FTPc window in
NetFetch, I can't even be sure a forgotten password is my achilles heel.
