dcounta(range,range=<what_you_want_to_count>) works for me.

Can't you do it 'binararily' - use a 0 or a 1 instead for no and yes?

And if you do it John's way, you can even get Fireworkz to display a tick
icon for '1' and a cross for '0' -- see this post of mine for details:

You're using Pluto, so I don't know how Message IDs in posts work for
you, but in MPro I can right click on the link to bring up a menu of
various actions that can be done with it, including fetching the
message from Google Groups or from your own stored messages, amongst
other things.
In this case it is a post from 2005, so unless you don't expire your
newsgroups is probably not available locally. The Google Groups URL is
http://groups.google.com/group/comp.sys.acorn.apps/msg/fa9dc5bbabe7c04a

It's a message ID: your newsreader will need to be able to understand
them. If it's a recent message in a group you subscribe to, it should be
possible to jump straight to it; otherwise, it might be able to look it up
in Google Groups for you (M-Pro can; I don't know about other
newsreaders).
Alternatively, go to http://groups.google.com/advanced_search and stick
the ID (without the angle brackets) into the Message ID field at the
bottom of the page.

If the article is still within Pluto, double-clicking on it should open
it. Otherwise, it should launch a search of the Google Groups archive
and, if found, open the archive in a browser.
Beware, however, this warning from Mark Fraser in the Pluto mailing list

Mark's instructions worked for me.

Thanks for that bit 'O info Evan.
After making the change in the Pluto.Messages file, I can now access the
article by double clicking the link reference.

Thanks for that Brian.
Ironic the reply was to me and a question I'd asked.

Pluto scans its message store and displays the message, if
found, in an 'additional viewer' window. If the message is not
in the store the default browser is launched (if not loaded) and
the Google Groups stored message is displayed. It's very fast
and simple to use.
