Seems like it was written around 1989. I wonder if the author wrote

Seems like he did an Exile cheat as well. That's strange as the only
cheats published IIRC were the mapper, the editor and the
miscellaneous cheats program. James Bonfield wrote the cheat, mapper
and the editor according to TMU:

As you can see, there is another version of the editor and cheat by
somebody called "Peter Smith" but James Bonfield emailed me once about
his writing of the editor. So who is this Para?
If Stairway's DaveM is reading then perhaps he could shed light on the
mystery.
