MEETING on Wednesday 7th December 2005

Charity Auction and Bring and Buy Auction
-----------------------------------------

Its that time of year again when we hold our annual Bring and Buy
Auction including the Charity Auction.

Now's your chance to clear your cupboards of the old
software/hardware/other things ready for the new or something you
can pick up at the auction for a bargain.

We are once again doing the auction in two ways, the Bring and Buy
auction where vendors can bring items for sale (with a reasonable
reserve - please be realistic with this) and people purchase these
items and all proceeds from the sale go to the vendor.

The second way is we raise money for charity, from items donated for
sale, and all proceeds from these sales goes to charity. We raised
over 200 pounds last year in the evening and will again be
supporting the 'The Sick Childrens Trust'.

The doors will open at 7.15pm with the actual auction starting at 8
pm approx. till finish. (10.30 pm usually)

If you are bringing anything to the auction, please where possible
bundle smaller things up and indicate where possible
working/non-working, what OS version it works on etc, to help in the
sale.

Please fill in if possible the booking in forms available at:
www.wrocc.org.uk/Charity.pdf
or
www.wrocc.org.uk/BringBuy.pdf

This will save time.

So come along and enjoy yourself, remember to bring your money!!!
(Cheques accepted subject to guarentee card)

Please do read the terms and conditions on the back of these forms,
especially the conditions relating to large items

HOT NEWS! - Among the many bargains to be had on the evening is:
One "hardly used Omega"!
Its seller goes on to say: "There is an Acorn AKF85 monotor to go with
it. Just tested it - working fine with network card fitted. (It
suffers from the occasional disappearance of the floppy drive (a
recognised problem with Omegas) but it comes back each time after
power off restart.)

So, pencil in this event - remember, it's Wednesday, 7th December,
