A rather embarrassing bug has existed in !FFmpeg 1.04 since its release
on 22 December 2009. This bug meant that the Quality settings in the
Convert dialogue were mostly ignored.
The full FFmpeg archive is a very large download (for a RISC OS
application) so I have released a tiny 6KB patch that restores operation
of the Quality settings. I recommend that all FFmpeg users download this
patch via <http://www.users.on.net/~belles/software/ffmpeg/>.
Note that if you have already downloaded FFmpeg 1.04, then you do not
need to download it all again. Just download and install the patch.
