R-Comp Interactive announce UniPrint 3.50 for VirtualAcorn

R-Comp Interactive is pleased to announce a new release of our popular
UniPrint printing software, which allows RISC OS to print to almost
any printer.

UniPrint 3.50 is the very latest edition, exclusively for use with
VirtualAcorn, at a specially reduced price.

UniPrint 3.50 for VA comes on CD ROM (a collective shout of "finally!"
can be heard from all those sold PCs without floppy drives), and has
been updated to support Windows Vista, as well as Windows XP and 2000.

Since UniPrint "3" was only ever available in its deluxe incarnation
with scanning and file/URL launching, this has been the first edition
of UniPrint VA for some time. This means that the revamped
VirtualAcorn handling introduced in 3.10 has remained out-of-reach for
many UPVA users!

So, we are pleased, finally, to be able to introduce UniPrint 3.50 VA.

A full feature set of UniPrint 3.50 is given below:

Supplied on CD for easy installation

Supports Windows Vista, as well as XP and 2000

Supports shared network printers as well as "normal" USB or
Parallel connection

Includes revamped support for VirtualAcorn mode job handling
(was in v3.10). This provides much greater feedback of any
problems during printing, and generally makes things much
more robust.

Improved plain text printing (was in v3)

Improved performance (was in v3)

New lower price!

Users of UniPrint 3 deluxe don't need to upgrade to this edition - we
plan a new "deluxe" version next year.

UniPrint 3.50 for VirtualAcorn is available now for 39ukp inclusive of
VAT. Upgrades from any previous VirtualAcorn version cost 20ukp.
