Pic_Index application - bug fix - version 1.24c

A recent thread on c.s.a.apps highlighted a bug which I inadvertently
introduced on updating Pic_Index to use DrWimp 5.02, and for which I
apologise.

The bug was only evident when using versions of RISC OS other than RISC OS
5.

This version corrects that bug, allowing, for example, use under Virtual
Acorn to continue to function. I've also corrected a sloppy bit of
programming which pre-dated the arrival of RISC OS 6.

thumbnails for a gallery of JPEG images which is extremely customisable -
and free.
