Basalt version 1.60 released

I am pleased to announce the release of Basalt version 1.60 beta.

Basalt is BASIC Alternative keywords, a module that adds many extra
features to all versions of BBC BASIC V.

This version includes the MCPIO keyword, to control IIC Expander ports
on the Raspberry Pi; see the separate announcement of my MCPIO module.
There are also a number of small bug fixes.
