!Rename 3.22

A new version of !Rename is now available for download from

http://tigger.orpheusweb.co.uk/programs/progs.html

!Rename is a smart file bulk file renamer using !Edit-like wildcard
features to control file renaming.

!Rename includes the new filename to include an incrementing file index
as part of the new filename.

Version 3.22 allows this "increment" to be negative, so file order can
be reversed.
