A new version of my application URLtoIE is available, 1.4, which will,
provided OmniClient has been seen by the filer, autoload it and, if a path
has been set in URLtoIE, mount and open the specified LanMan directory on
an Adjust-click.

This previously just opened the specified directory - or failed
catastrophically!

This 'improvement' is to avoid forgetful people like me omitting to load
OmniClient before attempting to use URLtoIE! Previously, the program would
error and inconveniently disappear under such a circumstance.

I also document a previously undocumented feature where an Obey file called
LeftClick can be placed within the application and which is, if present,
activated by a Select-click.

URLtoIE is an application which sits on your iconbar and can transfer a URL
converted to Internet Explorer format to your PC using LanManFS. This can
be useful where a RISC OS browser cannot handle a page satisfactorily.

The URL can, for example, be dragged from NetSurf's URL field directly, or
can be extracted from a text file, or from an Acorn or Ant-style URL/URI
file.

I recommend reading the fuller description on the download page, which is
at:
