7backup: now with new 'pause' feature

The latest version of 7backup can now pause and resume backups. Chris
Johnson has also kindly updated his 7bupstats application (included) with a
button to pause/resume backups in the desktop.

7backup is a simple and free back-up solution for RISC OS computers. It
doesn't do anything fancy like archiving or transfers via FTP, etc. It does
make it easy to back-up and mirror files and directories (even over network
file systems such as NFS, LanManager and ShareFS).
