R-Comp is pleased to announce a new release of Fireworkz Pro, the
popular integrated Word Processor, Spreadsheet and Database system for
RISC OS.

The main improvements in this release have been to Excel import, with
significant enhancements to the handling of later .xls format files
(there are several versions of the .xls format).  The release also
incorporates the latest changes from Fireworkz for Windows, improved
DOS/data file format detection, cut'n'paste improvements and includes
various cosmetic enhancements too.

There's still more work to do on the .xls handling, but this release
brings significant improvements.

We are also in the process of expanding/restoring the documentation
and examples.

Existing customers should expect an update this week, via email as
usual.
