Murnong 2.11 released

Murnong, the application for fetching videos from YouTube, has been
updated to version 2.11 in response to user feedback. The "Dispatch
URL" feature now operates as follows:

- When enabled, videos are downloaded by web browser.
(Introduced in 2.00)
- When disabled, videos are downloaded by Wget.
- It will be disabled automatically when Murnong receives a URL
from any source. (New in 2.11)
- It will be enabled automatically when Murnong receives a webpage
saved from another task (except a Filer). (New in 2.11)
