DDF2Html v1.57

DDF2Html is a program to convert Impression DDF ('text with styles')
files into HTML files which can be put on the Web or sent to other
computer users who cannot read Impression documents. It can also be
used to convert plain text files to legal HTML and to convert any
non-ASCII characters in existing HTML files.

Version 1.57 provides a number of requested features:
- a new option to force the use of <P> tags between paragraphs, rather
than relying on the settings in the "Normal" document style definition
in order to decide whether to do it or not.
- an increased maximum length for the output save filename; names will
no longer be truncated at 6 characters in order to fit '/html' into a
10-character limit.
- main window configurations (i.e. HTML 3/4 setting, <P> setting) saved
across sessions: no need to edit the !Run file.
- input file paths displayed right-aligned so that you can actually see
the relevant part of the path in deeply-nested directories....

- and a little internal cleaning-up of the highly idiosyncratic code in
order to make it easier to alter the window icons!
