R-Comp announce PiPlus Support Scheme for Raspberry Pi owners

As many RISC OS enthusiasts will be aware, R-Comp have provided
support schemes including software, OS, hardware addons, downloads,
mailing list and more for owners of Beagleboards and Pandaboards for
some time. This allows DIY board-owners to receive the same
experience and care as owners of ARMini and ARMiniX computers.

We are pleased to announce that this has now been extended to
Raspberry Pi users, in the form of our PiPlus support scheme. Since
the Pi cannot accept the same hardware add-ons as the Beagle and Panda
schemes, we are including a super high performance "Extreme" 16Gb SD
card as part of the PiPlus scheme, providing members with a main drive
capable of housing both RISC OS itself, and plenty of data/apps
(roughly 1gb of content supplied). The higher performance makes it
ideal for disc intensive operations such as email or image work.

PiPlus members will benefit from the usual other Support Scheme perks
- a dedicated download site, custom software, commercial application
downloads, discounts on purchases, advice on compatibility, mailing
list for questions/support/discussion, R-Comp support by phone/email
and more.

As with our other Support Schemes, it is available as a 1yr or
lifetime deal, although most users seem to prefer the lifetime option
as it costs only a little extra.
