"eBay" style sales area
------------------------
A new innovation for the show is a 1 day "eBay style" sales area for visitors
to use to sell their own items.

If you have anything RISC OS related to sell then bring it along to the
show and sell it in the style of "eBay" on the RISC OS eSales Board next
to the RISCOS Ltd stand.

To sell your item take it to the RISCOS Ltd stand and register its details on
the eSales Board.

Items will be on display for buyers to examine.

The eSales Board will list items for sale, the starting price that you want to
sell at, and a reference number for the seller.

Purchases may be made by two methods:-
1. By registering the highest bid on the eSales board.
2. By making an offer and buying direct from the seller.

If you are interested in buying the item then you register a bid on the board
or find the Seller to make them an offer.

Buyers and Sellers will get an eSales name badge so that visitors can find them
if they want to make them an instant sale offer. Badges will have optional
stickers to indicate the Nationality / Language of the seller.

The eSales Board sales will finish at 16:00 when the highest bid received will
be the winner. Buyers and sellers should meet at the RISCOS Ltd stand to
arrange payments.

Items which have not received any bids will then be put up for general auction
by RISCOS Ltd. The opening bid for each item will be 1 Euro and the proceeds of
the auction will all go to charity.

N.B.If you have any items you want to buy then those details can also be added
to the eSales board as a wanted item.

The overall concept is the same as on "eBay" but modified for a local event.

eSales Board Conditions of Sale
-------------------------------
1. Any items not sold by the end of the show at 16:00 will be auctioned off
at 16:30.

2. There will be a 2 Euro charge for each item put up for sale (or wanted)
which will be donated to Charity. The charge will apply regardless of whether
the item is sold or not.

3. Any unsold items must be removed by the seller after the Auction closes at
17:00.

4. All sale transactions will be between the seller and the purchaser.

5. RISCOS Ltd will only act as the selling agent and is not responsible for
payments to the sellers.

6. Sellers Credit Card details and address details will be required for
security to cover the cost of disposal of any large items not sold and not
removed by the seller after the Sale.
