About SuperDoku:
SuperDoku is an advanced Sudoku generating and solving program. You
can type in your own puzzles, or have puzzles created for you at three
levels of difficulty. SuperDoku will give you hints on how to solve
puzzles, or solve them for you. Incomplete puzzles can be saved for
another time, or you can export puzzles as Draw files in order to
print them out for use away from your computer. A wide variety of
different shapes, sizes and styles of puzzle are available including:
* 8 different sizes of Sudoku puzzle, from 4x4 to 25x25
* Jigsaw puzzles (like ordinary puzzles but with irregular blocks)
* Twin puzzles and Samurai puzzles (two or five overlapping grids)
* Colour coded puzzles (Sudoku plus extra restrictions on values)
* Killer puzzles (Sudoku plus adding)
* Hitoshii or KenKen puzzles (Sudoku with no blocks, plus arithmetic)
* Comparison puzzles (Sudoku where comparison signs show which of two
neighbouring squares in a block has the smaller value)
* Futoshiki puzzles (Sudoku grid with no blocks, and some comparison
signs between neighbouring squares)
* Hidden word (like normal Sudoku but with letters instead of numbers)
* Corner puzzles (top left and bottom right blocks are identical)
* Puzzles with extra overlapping blocks (square, cross or twisted)
The demo version of SuperDoku allows you to try four different puzzles
of each type and size or to solve ten which you type in. To upgrade
to the full version costs just 5 pounds which can be paid via PayPal
or cheque.
