TMS320c6713 Fast functions for IIR & correlation/dot product

I am looking for Assembly optimized TMS320c6713 Fast functions for
General purpose IIR & correlation/dot product. I appreciate if anyone
could refer me to or provide me with such a code.

I am aware of the Fast library and the DSP library provided by TI, but
they although they have certain IIR function & inner product which are
restricted to certain filter order and certain data alignment, they do
not include General purpose IIR & correlation/dot product. SO please do
not refer me to these TI libraries, they are useless in that sense.

Are you looking for something free on the web, some 3rd-party library, or
are you willing to hire a consultant to do it for you?

I've done this sort of thing for a couple of DSPs, and a few other
processors; it's not rocket science if you understand the underlying math.

Of course we are looking for free libraries first.
But we are willing to hire only an EXPERT that has lots of experience
specifically with the c6713. Do you have such? (experience with other
DSPs is not enough for us.)
